Only damaged items will be refunded if highlighted to us within 14 days of receiving the shipped artwork. Review is on a case by case basis.
Our printing staffs are carefully selected. Two inspections are done, one at the printing facility and the second before shipping. Should any problem arise, we will refund the money paid for the defective prints, as soon as the case is reviewed and within 14 working days from the day the customer notification is received.
We can also order a replacement print, subject to availability and only if the Limited Edition did not run out.
Please inspect your prints right after they arrive. If you find an error or defect, take a photo of the print clearly showing the error and send it to us with your email. We’ll then ask you to destroy the original (tear-it up) and send us another photo, of the torn print, before replacing it or refunding the money.

How is the shipping done?
We package using best artwork shipping standards and carryout checks before packages leave the printing facility.
Prints are shipped flat for small sizes (A4 and A3) and in tubes of durable material for larger sizes (A2 and A1) to ensure maximum protection of the art work.
Our Shipping partner
We have partnered with FedEx for all of our shipping requirements, using overnight priority international shipping, to ensure your package reaches you in the fastest way possible. FedEx are highly reliable, with an excellent online Airway Bill tracking system.

Framed art shipping:
Framed art only ships to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain. Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
